Formal complaint review

If your issue is unresolved after initial contact, request a formal review. We will respond with a written decision within 5 business days.

Consumer Protection Authority

If you are still unsatisfied, you may contact the Department of Commerce, Supplies and Consumer Protection, Nepal or approach the competent courts of Morang, Nepal.

Go to your Orders page, find the order, and click "Report Issue" within 7 days of delivery. Attach photos if the item is damaged or wrong. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Once a refund is approved, it is processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
If a Vendor doesn't respond within 48 hours, Threelok automatically steps in to mediate. You can also contact us directly via email with your order number.
Click "Report" on any business listing page, or email us with the business name and the reason for your concern. We investigate all reports within 48 hours.
Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen to reset via email. If that doesn't work, email us at contactthreelok@gmail.com with your registered email address.
Go to Register as Seller and complete the 3-step registration. You'll need a PAN card and citizenship document for verification. Applications are reviewed within 24 hours.
Visit your My Data & Privacy dashboard and click "Delete Account". Note that transaction records and KYC documents may be retained as required by Nepal's tax and AML laws. See our Privacy Policy.
